TRAFFIC VOLUMES

NCDOT produces an Annual Average Daily Traffic (AADT) volume map that shows traffic averages for a specific year and at specific points on North Carolina's roads.

TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY 
Transient occupancy is defined as a dwelling unit offered or advertised as being available for more than three (3) weeks but less than 90 days per calendar year. See the Transient Occupancy Map for where such temporary housing may be considered.

WATERSHED
Much of the Town lies within a watershed, which means additional building restrictions may apply to your property. All properties west of I-77 lie in a watershed district, as do properties north of Catawba Avenue between I-77 and Highway 115.
