Nicknamed "WAC", this Cornelius park was opened on July 7, 2012. The 19-acre complex hosts tournament play for residents as well as participants from outside the area to increase tourism in Cornelius.

Please note the following:

- There is no dedicated camper or RV parking day or night.
- Dogs are welcome with the following requirements:
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times (electronic collars are NOT an allowable substitute for a physical leash).
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Dogs, including service animals, are never allowed on any playing fields.
- Tobacco products of all kinds (including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, e-cigs, vaping) are not allowed anywhere on park property.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed unless an exception is expressly approved by the Cornelius Parks & Recreation Director for Town-operated special events.
