Bailey Road Park encompasses over 66 acres located off Highway 115 at the corner of Bailey Road. The park provides a variety of recreational opportunities and site amenities including a brand new playground and three (3) picnic shelters.

- Please note that during the CMS school year the baseball/tennis/disc golf parking lot opens at 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.

Please note the following:
- There is no dedicated camper or RV parking day or night.
- Dogs are welcome with the following requirements:
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times (electronic collars are NOT an allowable substitute for a physical leash).
- Owners must clean up after their pets.
- Dogs, including service animals, are never allowed on any playing fields.
- Tobacco products of all kinds (including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, e-cigs, vaping) are not allowed anywhere on park property.
- Alcoholic beverages are not allowed unless an exception is expressly approved by the Cornelius Parks & Recreation Director for Town-operated special events.
