Tai Chi for Health

 

These sessions, concentrating on the ancient practice of Tai Chi, offer a health and fitness exercise as well as a moving meditation. Gentle, flowing movements stretch and strengthen muscles, tendons and joints while placing the least amount of stress and tension on the body. Choose Beginner Tai Chi classes or Intermediate Tai Chi for anyone wanting to renew or expand their practice of Tai Chi.  Document

Instructor

Joe Higgins is a certified Tai Chi instructor. He has studied and trained in Tai Chi since 2001.         

All classes are held at Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue.
