Transportation Improvements
- Add dedicated left turn lane on EB Westmoreland to the maximum extent possible
- Extend dedicated right turn lane on EB Westmoreland to 250'.
- Add 100' SB right turn lane on Statesville Road at existing Bailey
- Extend SB left turn lane on Statesville Road at existing Bailey to 200'
- Add 100' NB left turn lane on Statesville Road into hospital site
- Restripe WB right turn lane on existing Bailey Road to a shared thru/right lane.
- Install traffic signal and associated turn lanes on Statesville Road/future Bailey Road Extension
- Updated TIA required before moving to Phase 2 of the project
