Through a unique partnership with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools, the Cornelius PARC Department operates portions of Bailey Middle School as the Bailey Road Recreation Center. Examples of programs operated out of this facility include, but are not limited to, youth basketball league, youth football and cheerleading, adult open gym, summer camps, fitness classes, Cornelius Youth Orchestras, and Lake Norman Teen Council.
