As most have heard by now, Mecklenburg County is experiencing a county-wide computer outage that is affecting many county services including plan review, permitting, inspections, and GIS services - including the popular POLARIS tool.
You may monitor the county's systems restoration progress online. The county has also created a temporary alternative until POLARIS is available again with the Mecklenburg County Parcel Viewer.
