On Saturday, August 27, 2016, the Lake Norman YMCA is holding a Triathlon between approximately 6:30 AM and 12:00 PM. which will involve hundreds of runners and bike riders competing in this event. The runners will be in the area of Church Street to the Victoria Bay Neighborhood. Runners will also be on adjoining streets such as Washam & Pine Streets. Bikers will travel out Davidson Street from the YMCA onto North Main Street toward Davidson, and return via Potts Street back onto Davidson Street.

Officers and volunteers will be stationed along the race course to occasionally stop traffic. Please use caution while driving in this area during those times.
