The Town of Cornelius PARC Department is seeking a licensed general contractor to provide upgrades to four (4) existing restroom buildings and two (2) picnic shelters located in three (3) parks:
- Bailey Road Park, 11536 Bailey Road
- Legion Park, 21214 Legion Street
- Torrence Chapel Park, 21309 Torrence Chapel Road

Please refer to the Request for Quotation for details. Bids are due Thursday May 28th at 12:00pm. There is a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting Friday, May 15, at 9:30 am at Legion Park.
