As part of the Winter Warmth Drive, Bailey Broncos - CMS Middle School students collected winter gear, from socks and coats to scarves to earmuffs. The winter gear will be distributed to students at other local schools. Since the drive started on Dec. 1, more than 30 jackets, almost 20 scarves, dozens of earmuffs, gloves, and pairs of socks have been collected.
“We have a good group of families at Bailey who are able to give to our less fortunate kids,” said School Resource Officer Robin Watts, who started the Winter Warmth program. “This way we don’t have kids who are cold and without jackets, socks, or other things they might need.”
Great job Bailey Middle School!
