[ARCHIVED] Officer Howell Receives School Resource Officer Certificate

Officer Howell

The Cornelius Police Department would like to congratulate Officer E. Robin Howell for being awarded the School Resource Officer Program Certificate from the the NC Justice Academy and the Law Enforcement Leadership Center. Officer Howell is the first Cornelius Police Officer to receive this certification.

The School Resource Officer Certificate Program is designed specifically for School Resource Officers (SRO) who have a desire to increase their training experiences and credentials. The courses selected for the program recognize that an SRO is often required to perform traditional patrol responsibilities in addition to their school-related duties. The total requirement for completion of the program is 400 class hours.

Congratulations Officer Howell!
