The Town of Cornelius is accepting applications for a Cornelius Historic Preservation Commission
(HPC) member. The HPC acts as an Advisory Board assisting the Planning Director and Town Board with preserving the rich and significant historical, cultural and architectural heritage of our Town for future generations. The Cornelius Town Board of Commissioners will appoint someone to fill a vacant position with a term expiring in February, 2014. Appointees may be eligible for re-appointment to three-year terms.

Meetings are open to the public and occur on the fourth Thursday of each month at 5:30 pm at Town Hall. Applicants must be a resident of Cornelius.
