The Cornelius Animal Shelter would like to introduce Wyatt as the new Pet of the Week.

Wyatt was adopted from the Shelter back in November but his owner decided to return him. He really likes to be around people and because of that and the fact that he is a beagle, he would dig out of the fence and go explore until he found someone to play with while the new owners were at work.

Wyatt loves to be inside too but he is all boy and likes to mark "his" area sometimes. But the staff here at the Shelter think that crate training may help and some patience with him will go a long way. Wyatt has a heart of gold but needs some one to love him!
