TRAFFIC NOTICE: Heavy traffic is expected near Bailey Rd. on May 30, May 31, June 1, and June 5. This is due to end-of-year testing and early dismissals. Please see the details within for more information and avoid the area if possible.
Tuesday, May 30, and Wednesday, May 31:
Optional early dismissal for 6th and 7th grade begins at Bailey Middle School at 1 p.m. Expect increased traffic beginning at noon. Vehicles exiting the car rider area will have the option of making a left or right turn instead of the usual right turn only. Hough High School will release on its regular schedule and some students from Bailey Middle School will be released at their normal time. An Officer will be present at the intersection of Bailey Rd. and Highway 115 to help direct traffic starting at 2:15 p.m.
8th Grade will be dismissed from Bailey Middle School at 1 p.m. Expect increased traffic beginning at noon. Vehicles exiting the car rider area will have the option of making a left or right turn instead of the usual right turn only. Hough High School and 6th and 7th grades at Bailey Middle School will release on their regular schedules.
Some students from Bailey Middle School will be released at 2 p.m.
