The Cornelius Police Department & Cornelius PARC Department will be hosting National Night out on Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at Bailey Road Park. This FREE public event will promote community safety and crime prevention. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy local community safety vendors, children's activities, entertainment, food and more!
We are looking for support from our community for this event in the form of sponsorships. We have two levels of sponsorships available, Music Sponsors and Food Sponsors. Below we have a description of our two sponsorship opportunities. We are also accepting registration forms for FREE vendors at National Night Out.
Music Sponsor - $1,000 (2 Available)
- Top listing of company name/logo on all available promotional materials including: ads, flyers, posters, press releases, website, e-newsletter and social media
- Company name/logo with link to business website on Cornelius PARC Department & Cornelius Police Department’s National Night Out webpage
- Opportunity to display banner on one front row column of bandshell on event day for $185
- Company name mentioned and special thanks during event
- Sponsor booth (1 10 x 10 tent, 1 table and 2 chairs) or approved display at the event
Food Sponsor - $500 (2 Available)

Free Vendor – First Come First Serve

- Free vendors must have their own tables, tents and chairs
