About the Project


Request by DB Automotive Real Estate Holdings, LLC to develop approximately 30 acres located on Chartown Drive, south of Life Fellowship. The proposed development will include a 46,800 +/- square foot vehicle sales dealership, an off-road vehicle demonstration area, a boat sales dealership, and a building to be utilized as flex space. 

Current Use: Vacant.
Current Zoning: Rural Preservation.
Proposed Zoning: Conditional Zoning.
