About the Project

On September 20, 2021, the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved a request by Jack and Don Shaw to develop approximately 10 acres located East of Emporia Street, between West Catawba Avenue and Sefton Park Road to construct a mixed-use development including 3 buildings containing 344 multi-family units and 7,800 sq. ft. of commercial space, as well as a hotel site/conference center. PIDs: 00527115, 00527116, 00527110, 00512194
