About the Project


Request by WIN Development, LCC to develop approximately 55 acres, located on the northeast corner of West Catawba Avenue and Westmoreland Road, into a mixed use development consisting of neighborhood commercial, independent living, single-family residences, and open space.  The proposed zoning is Conditional Zoning (CZ).
