About the Project
On January 5, 2015 the Town of Cornelius Board of Commissioners approved the request by Bluestream Partners LLC to construct a 78 lot single-family subdivision off Bailey Road. The subdivision includes parcels 007-541-02 and 007-541-07 and is zoned Rural Preservation.
