Join us for Senior Fit Club, taught by Claudia Oliphant, a Certified Fitness Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. This 6-week fitness program is designed specifically for active adults 50 and up. Participants will take part in active and functional resistance exercises to increase muscular strength and improve mobility, all while improving overall balance and neuromuscular skills.

For women, 5-8 pounds
For men, 8-10 pounds
At this time, due to Mecklenburg County rules, program participants must wear a mask while indoors, including during this program.
