Streetlight outages should be reported to the electric utility company that services the area of the streetlight outage.

Please contact the Town via email or by calling 704-892-6031 if unsure of which electric utility company services the area.
Please be sure to indicate the closest address to the streetlight. If at all possible, tie something around the pole of the streetlight needing repair. Since most of the repairs are done during the day, this helps identify which light is not working.
