For all summer camps, the Resident Discount (RD) is available to residents of Cornelius only.
With our camps, there is no reason for your kids to be bored this summer! Register online OR in person, 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m., at Cornelius Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Avenue. The Parks & Recreation office is located on the 2nd floor.
All camps run Monday-Friday
Full Day Camps
Summer Day Camps (SDC): Need an entire workday filled for your child? These full-day summer camps are headquartered at Bailey Road Recreation Center (Bailey Middle School) and include games, crafts, learning, nearby park visits, special guests, and fun! Plus, field trips are back! Each week explores a different theme. Camps are offered 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m. for boys and girls, ages 6 to 12. Register online or in person at Cornelius Town Hall.

PLEASE NOTE: All full-day campers must be 6 years old by the first day of the camp(s) they will be attending and have completed Kindergarten.
CORNELIUS PARENTS OF FULL-DAY CAMPERS, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PROOF OF RESIDENCY TO OUR OFFICE BY THE FRIDAY BEFORE CAMP STARTS OR WITHIN ONE (1) WEEK OF REGISTERING, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. Documents may be brought to Town Hall, 21445 Catawba Ave; mailed to PO Box 399, Cornelius, 28031; faxed to 704-896-2462; or emailed to pr@cornelius.org. Acceptable documents include valid driver's license, utility bill, apartment lease, etc.
