A. REZ 09-09 FOUNTAIN COURT @ EDINBURGH SQUARE VILLAGE CENTER CONDITIONAL ZONING: Request by owner/developer White Oaks Group, LLC to rezone 2.14 acres from Neighborhood Mixed Use Conditional District to Village Center Conditional Zoning to allow 3 mixed use commercial/residential buildings on parcels 00511191 & 00511192 located at West Catawba Ave/Edinburgh Square Dr.

REZ 02-10 ROBBINS PARK NORTH TRACT, PHASE 3 CONDITIONAL ZONING: Request by owner, Westmoreland Lake, LLC to rezone approximately 18.07+/- acre portion of Parcel 00507108 to Neighborhood Mixed Use Conditional Zoning to modify internal side yard setbacks. Location: West Catawba Avenue. Current Use: Vacant –Approved single family residential.

9. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL

A. Consider the approval of Brian Simmons to fill the remaining term of a vacant permanent seat and appoint Michael Case as a new alternate to the Planning Board

B. Consider the approval of Helen Halliday to Seat #8 of the PARC Commission.

C. Consider approval of an Ordinance ordering the owners of 19415 Smithville Lane, Parcel ID #005-193-02 to vacate, close, repair, remove or demolish the dwelling.
