C. TA 06-08 Waste Collection:  (New) Hear public comments on proposed Text Amendments to Chapter 3 of the Land Development Code to update the Code with the Town’s current waste collection policy. (Exhibit #9C)

D. TA 06-08 Waste Collection:  Consider approval of proposed Text Amendments to Chapter 3 of the Land Development Code to update the Code with the Town’s current waste collection policy. (Exhibit #9D)

E. SITE 35-07 Rocket Carwash CUP Amendment:  (New-quasi-judicial) Hear public comments on a request by owner/developer, JWSJRD LLC, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 7,710 sf carwash and car service center on 1.05 acres located on Statesville Road on the south side of the Hampton Inn.  PID:  00518305.  Zoning:  Current – Highway Commercial; Proposed – Highway Commercial Conditional District. F.
