Fees, Applications and Permits

• Fee Schedule - lists necessary fees for applications, permits, variances, etc.
  
  
• Residential Building Permit (Page 1) – required for any new construction, addition, upfit, accessory building or demolition.
• Residential Building Permit (Page 2) – is required to illustrate your plot plan and is needed for new construction, additions, piers/docks or accessory buildings.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SIGN PERMITS:  Pages 1 & 2 MUST be completed for ALL sign permit applications!  Be sure to indicate dimensions for all existing signs that will remain (page 1); ALL dimensions for new sign size (page 1); and insure dimensions on illustrations on page 2 MATCH the dimensions you have entered on page 1 of the sign application.   A separate application (pages 1 & 2) is necessary for each sign.  Incomplete applications will result in processing delays.
