Ceramics at CAC
Explore the Cornelius Arts Center: Our remodeled Center features great art exhibits, classes and workshops for all ages!  We are now registering for Fall Classes and have many exciting, new classes for all ages. Classes are beginning soon. Read more.
AA Dog Show It's almost time for the 14th Annual All American Dog Show, on Saturday, October 4, 5:00-8:00pm at the Bailey Road Park Track & Field. Enjoy watching our fun contests, visit with our vendors and enjoy some tasty treats. Register your furry friend now and save on the fees!
Youth Basketball Registration for Cornelius-Davidson Youth Winter Basketball begins October 1. This very popular league is for boys and girls, ages 5-18. Games begin in December. 
Master Plan WE NEED YOUR HELP! We are updating our Parks and Greenways Master Plan to guide us through the next 10 years. Please join us at Town Hall on Tuesday, October 9, 6:30-8:00pm. Get more details on the master plan process
Community Garden Interested in starting a community garden, perhaps in your own neighborhood or on town-owned land? We are excited to introduce the Cornelius Community Garden Grants Program. Deadline to apply: December 1, 2014, 4:00pm.
Fitness Classes View our list of Arts, Athletics, Recreation, Special Events and Special Needs Programs.  Register now for the next sessions of our popular fitness classes, including a new fitness class: PiYo! Free trial class on Tuesday, October 14.
Smithville Park playground We offer a variety of Parks, Recreation & Arts Centers and Trails & Greenways for your enjoyment. Read more about renting a shelter, field or court.
Robbins Park Trail Robbins Park Phase III:  Pardon our mess while we grow! Construction is underway and for your safety the nature preserve trails and both ponds are closed to the public through March 1, 2015. The tennis courts, playground, picnic shelter/restrooms and multi-purpose field will remain open throughout the construction process. Nearby Jetton and Bailey Road Parks offer walking trails and Ramsey Creek Park and Blythe Landing offer fishing opportunities.
