Overview
The Cornelius Parks, Arts, Recreation and Culture (PARC) Department works to enhance the lives of citizens and visitors by providing great parks, natural areas and recreational experiences, from sports leagues and fitness classes to summer camps and art classes.  Don't see what you like?  Make a suggestion! 

What’s Happening
 Fireworks Join us at Bailey Road Park on Saturday, June 29, and help us Celebrate America with the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra!  Gates open at 6:00pm, with performances to follow. The evening will be capped with fireworks!
Summer Camps The 2013 Summer Camp Guide is now available and registration is open.  Camps are filling quickly!  For more information and to register, visit our Summer Camps webpage.
Paint brushes Explore the Cornelius Arts Center: Great art exhibits, classes for all ages and creative summer camps!  Don't miss Altered, on display in our gallery through June 21.
