About the Project

Mariner Properties, Inc. proposes the development of two parcels at the northeast corner of Bailey Road and Statesville Road to create a mixed-use retail, restaurant and office village, similar to the adjacent Oakhurst I. The new development will contain three buildings totaling +/- 40,000 square feet and associated outdoor spaces and parking. Current Use: Vacant. Current Zoning: Traditional Neighborhood, Neighborhood Residential. Proposed Zoning: Conditional Zoning. PIDs: 00503402, 00508120.

Staff reviewed revised site plan and provided 2nd round of comments to the applicant. As noted below, the Planning Board will review the project on October 12, 2016.
